The ladies at reception the night we checked in were extremely friendly and helpful! Also, the gentlemen outside when we checked in were helpful abt checking in and parking the car. Would return to the hotel and recommend it to my friends!
Excellent value for money, I thoroughly enjoyed the buzz of the city and the design and atmosphere of the hotel itself. I was attending a conference in the city and although I was working the hotel offered an oasis of calm with a trendy bar and city facilities at my fingertips!
Chack out time was a little early at eleven o'clock (twelve would have been better). Also fire escape information was not visible in the room ( this is the first thing I check in any hotel room).
Great location for limerick city, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff.
I liked the way it was so central to town
I did not like the smell of cigrates on the fourth floor also the rooms were quite small.
Only issue, only 1 shower gel in bathroom, should be 2 when 2 people staying in room. Great value hotel and brilliantly located if going out in Limerick city
Exelent service and manager
Very welcoming reception, bar and dining room staff. Clean and well appointed room and superb value for money.
location, price and facilties
Could do with sound proofing as there was a lot of noise frorm the street below, angle grinding in shop overhaul at 2:00 am! Not the fault of the hotel but better doulble glazing would have helped otherwise the perfect hotel.
location and excellent and friendly staff, though room was not alll that warm
Location Staff are extremely friendly and helpful Rooms are of a good standard
excellent professional receptionist (the girl covering the night shift)
Its in a great location. The atmosphere in the reception/bar area was bustling and friendly when we arrived and was like still that when we returned after a night out at 2am. Our room was really nice and comfortable. We ate lunch in the restaurant and thought food was quite nice. We also were celebrating with a couple of cocktails which were really good if not a bit pricey.
Overall the hotel was great. Although we did opt for the "king" bed room which turned out to be two single beds pushed together. I know this is typical in alot of hotels and normally I wouldnt quibble about it at all but I feel if you are going to specifically use the word king as opposed to double then it should be a king bed!! As mentioned we had a lovely lunch there but we found our waiter very distracted and twice he walked off without taking our full orders. Also the cocktails are quite expensive but I suppose it is a nice hotel so they can get away with it! These are just minor complaints on my part, really our stay was great!
Classy, mod,busy n friendly.
greay value for money food was very nice and reasonable we eat here on the two nights and the staff couldnt be nicer
Its location is perfect for pubs, clubs, restaurants and shopping!! Rooms are spotless. Cocktails in the bar are fab. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast in the room (our ultimate treat on a night away) is not great and definitely not worth 10euro plus a 7euro service charge :-(
